• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas may require additional time.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather conditions) are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Risk of Loss

• Risk transfers to the customer once the courier collects the order.

2. Refund and Return Policy

Returns

• Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
